In addition to supervising and collaborating with researchers in the Chakraborty Group, Professor Chakraborty has also engaged in teaching diverse undergraduate and graduate courses in chemical engineering (e.g., graduate thermodynamics and statistical mechanics (10.40), graduate kinetics (10.65), undergraduate fluid mechanics (10.301)). Arup has also taught the required graduate statistical mechanics subject (5.70) for physical chemists.
Dr. Chakraborty has also developed a short course on “Immunology for Physical Scientists and Engineers”, which has previously taught once at MIT and now teaches around the world. Simultaneously, he travels globally as a guest speaker to address various scientific bodies.
